As far as views are concerned, Green Valley Park certainly has the WOW factor. A second after you have driven in, the views across the valley hit you. There can’t be one home without a lovely view. Situated on the side of a hill, Green Valley Park won’t suit everyone, but the park is small, only 12 homes and so, there are no long climbs up the hill if you wanted to take yourself off for a walk. Just a short one!
On the Park
The residents all keep their gardens beautifully and they are a joy to look at whilst walking around the park.
The park is well situated just a three minute drive to the nearest 24 hour Tesco supermarket. The local pub is just half a mile away and if you like Indian Food, there is a restaurant within walking distance.
Situated next to a plum tree orchard, rumour has it that the owner of the plum trees does not grow the fruit as a commercial concern anymore and has told residents to help themselves!!
