Following in his father's footsteps, Fred Sines purchased his first park in 1997 and now some years later, with a larger portfolio of parks, the Sines Park Homes Group is run from a newly purpose-built office on Newtonside Orchard Park in Old Windsor Berkshire by Fred Sines.
